THE CHALLENGE
Introduce a new identity and make a complex gym easy to explore.
As Iron Fortress Gym became ZOR Fitness, the site needed to explain the name and present a distinct training culture. It also had to serve people arriving with different goals: six sports, 24/7 open gym, a large equipment catalog, and several ways to join.
The practical question for every visitor was simple: Is this the right place for me, and how do I start?
THE SOLUTION
A direct route from interest to action.
Qurnoor worked on the digital strategy, art direction, user experience, responsive interface, website development, content architecture, and membership conversion flow. The site guides visitors to a training pathway, equipment details, a free tour, or a pass or membership. Events, testimonials, FAQs, directions, and contact details support that decision.
BRAND STORY
From Iron Fortress to ZOR.
The website explains the transition in the gym's own terms. Iron Fortress described a place; ZOR describes the effort of the people in it. “Zor” is presented as a Punjabi word, from Persian, for force and strength. Its meaning appears near the homepage hero and is developed further on the About page.
The visual direction pairs forceful athletic type with a restrained black-and-white palette. It fits the warehouse setting while leaving the training and membership information easy to read.
RESPONSIVE DESIGN
Built for a phone as well as a desktop.
The desktop layout gives the gym's story and options room to breathe. On mobile, navigation becomes compact, hero actions stack, and membership cards read one at a time with a clear join action.
TRAINING
Six pathways, each with a place in the site.
Powerlifting, streetlifting, bodybuilding, endurance, HYROX, and calisthenics each lead from an overview to a dedicated page. Open gym has its own route for athletes who train on their own program and schedule.
THE FACILITY
An equipment list visitors can actually use.
The catalog groups training stations, bars and plates, machines, dumbbells, accessories, amenities, recovery, and cardio. Detailed entries explain what is on the floor and how it supports training. Equipment on order is clearly separated from what is already available.
JOINING ZOR
Compare options, then take the next step.
Month-to-month memberships, day passes, and punchcards have their own descriptions and comparison tables. A visitor can request a tour or continue to the external membership checkout; existing members can open their portal. The site also explains self-service 24/7 access: purchase, use the member app, and scan the front-door lock to enter and check in.
CONTENT & SEARCH
Useful detail for Denver athletes.
Page titles, descriptions, headings, and copy identify ZOR's Denver location and specialized training options in natural language. Dedicated training and facility pages let people find the details they need. Contact information, directions, event content, testimonials, and FAQs add local context. Open Graph and X/Twitter text metadata support shared links.
The project shows how brand story, practical content, and joining flows can work together. No traffic, conversion, or membership-growth result is claimed here.
