ZOR FITNESS · NATIVE IOS APP
Ahan Gym
A custom iPhone fitness app for the customers of ZOR Fitness, a Denver gym.
Customers can plan workouts, log sets, calculate weights, and review their progress.

THE CHALLENGE
Make each next action clear.
The app gives ZOR Fitness customers a workout log that fits the pace of a training session. They can find the next exercise, see previous work, and record a set without losing their place.
Barbell lifts, dumbbell lifts, and timed movements need different controls. The app brings those paths together in one training flow.

Upwork's iOS developer guide lists $5,000–$16,000 as a typical range for an iOS MVP project and notes that scope and experience affect pricing. Its example includes App Store submission; Ahan Gym's $3,500 first phase was delivered for testing.
01 / PLAN
A rotation that moves with the user.
Users can choose a ready-made rotation or create their own, reorder exercises, and open the next movement from the plan. The rotation advances after a completed workout.

02 / RECORD
Controls suited to the exercise.
Completed and upcoming sets stay visible together. A visual plate calculator helps load a barbell; dumbbell entries record the combined weight. Timed exercises use a start-and-stop control instead of weight and reps.

03 / REVIEW
Keep the training history useful.
Completed workouts appear in a calendar view. Users can revisit recorded exercises and correct their sets. Workout data stays on the iPhone, and exercise videos are bundled with the app.
